20 to 40 labelled photos and a plain answer, repair it, watch it or replace it, within 24 hours.

Fixed written price
Every line item priced, deck sheets at a fixed $88 each, valid for 30 days. No ranges.

No deposit until delivery
Nothing until materials reach the house. Then 40% on delivery and the balance at sign-off.

A daily build log
A text at 18:00 on every build day, with photos of what was done and the plan for tomorrow.

Our own crews
A named foreman and roofers employed by Halden. We never subcontract a roof.

A written warranty
25 years on workmanship for a new roof, transferable once. 2 years on every repair.

Book a free inspectionDo you ask for a deposit?
Not until your materials are delivered to the house. After that it is 40% on delivery and the balance once you have signed off the finished roof. Repairs are paid on completion.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every roofer on your job is employed by Halden, and the foreman who inspects your roof runs the job and signs it off.
Which towns do you cover?
Ashford, Ashford Old Town, Millbrook, Fenwick, Kestrel Heights and Orchard Lane. We go further for slate and heritage work, so call if you are just outside the valley.
How soon can you come out?
Inspections are usually booked within a week and repair visits within three working days. The storm line is open 24/7 and we tarp open areas within 24 hours.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We document the damage, meet your adjuster on site and supply the photo report. You stay in charge of the claim and pay your deductible; we never waive or hide it.
